Beltway Lacrosse will provide custom sublimated reversible as team uniform for all participants

Rules:
- The game is divided into 3 periods of 3-15 minutes each

- Each team is allowed one timeout per game and must have possession of the ball anywhere on the playing field

- The last three minutes of the third period has a stop-time format

- If the ball hits the goaltender's helmet or facemask, play will immediately stop and possession will be awarded to the defense
