SINCE 2016...Girls Winter Indoor Sixes

Madlax and Beltway Lacrosse League are extremely excited to announce that they are joining forces to create the ultimate winter indoor sixes lacrosse league for girls in grades K-8th. The CGLL-Capital Girls Lacrosse League has been around since 2016 and Beltway Lacrosse League will bring a wealth of box & sixes expertise and experience to the table. The result will be the best winter league the DMV has ever seen offering fun, fair, and competitive sixes games at a premier facility at Dulles Sportsplex in Sterling, VA.


CGLL - Capital Girls Lacrosse League Details

Winter 2025-26 will be the 5th season of the Capital Girls Lacrosse League powered by Beltway Lacrosse! 

  • All games on Sundays at the Dulles SportsPlex on their newer field turf fields! 
  • Games start conveniently between 12pm - 7pm. 
  • Game Dates: 12/7, 12/14, 1/4, 1/11, 1/18, 1/25, 2/1
  • Youngest players and teams will go earliest starting at 12pm and we will work our way up to the oldest players and teams later in the afternoon! 
  • Championship Games only on 2/1
  • Fast-paced 6v6 (5v5 plus goalie), modified sixes with clears after goals
  • The speed and play of box but the structure of sixes
  • For Girls in K-8th Grades. 
  • Season includes up to 7 games. 6 Regular Season plus a Championship 
  • All-Star Team Posted & Championship Game MVP Award
  • Team Reversibles Provided
  • Professional Referees and Game/Field coordinators provided
  • Play with the latest Rules!
  • Divisions will be organized for both travel and rec players 
  • Players from same rec programs, school or travel teams will be kept together
  • Only $250 (reduced for the 24-25 season) thru 11/17. $295 after 11/17. 

Beltway Lacrosse

Beltway launched DMVI Sixes in 2025 and have a proven track record of building fun and competitive leagues.

Why CGLL: Playing Sixes in the rink is like nothing else. Ball is always in play, lots of rebounds. The number of touches is accelerated significantly by the boards and glass. Non-stop lacrosse.
Expect to play offense and defense, don't take plays off.

Recreational Division: Vienna, Mclean, FPYC, Great Falls, Falls Church, Brigade, Arlington and CYA are some of the teams that have participated in the past
